Sedgwick Government Solutions awarded DOL contract for nurse and vocational rehabilitation case management services

February 6, 2025

BETHESDA, Md., Feb. 6, 2025 – Sedgwick Government Solutions, LLC, announced it has secured a five-year $360 million contract with the United States Department of Labor (DOL) to provide nurse and vocational rehabilitation case management services for the department’s nurse intervention and vocational rehabilitation programs nationwide. Services will be delivered under the requirements of the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP) and the Division of Federal Employees Longshore and Harbor Workers.

The vocational rehabilitation and nurse intervention services will focus on assessing injured workers’ individualized medical needs and treatment plans. In turn, these solutions help disabled employees garner the necessary skills to compete in the labor market, secure new positions and job training, experience a more efficient reintroduction to the workforce, and bolster federal productivity.

“Being awarded this contract from the Department of Labor is a testament to Sedgwick Government Solutions’ reliable and proven track record of success in helping workers to return to the labor market, and we look forward to providing our services to those who need them,” said Robert Johnson, President of Sedgwick Government Solutions, LLC. “This program will enable us to take care of individuals across the nation in need of support with their workers’ compensation claims, and I’m confident in our team’s ability to achieve the DOL’s objectives.”
